The workspace, in use

One session, replayed: a question opens the profiles it is about, an email is designed in the organisation’s own brand and opened as a draft, its send is held for a human before it can go, and a question about revenue opens a report. Nothing here is live, and nothing can be changed.

The replays are built for a laptop-sized screen. On a phone they would be too small to read, so they are not shown here.

Scoring models and new fields

A builder session: a churn-risk score is drafted as a weighted model and published on an admin’s yes, a spend-in-the-last-90-days field is folded from the event stream onto every profile, and both are used at once, as a filter and as columns on a profiles view.

From a question to a dashboard

A builder session: a brief for the weekly marketing review is checked against what the data can answer, created as a dashboard the whole workspace will see, changed as a second version beside the live one, and published when asked.

A dynamic CRM. Your audiences, campaigns and reports keep up.

Customer data, analysis and campaigns usually live with three vendors, and an agent cannot run an account whose pieces do. In OpenHouse they are one product, so a question becomes a segment becomes a campaign, in one conversation.

Customer data platform

Events from the shop, the app and payments land in one profile per customer. Attributes and segments are derived from them.

CRM with a design studio

Campaigns and automations run on those segments. Emails are designed in the same place, on the brand.

Self-service BI

Anyone on the team asks a question of the customer base and gets the chart. Dashboards are described, not built.

Let’s talk.

Access is by invitation. If your team already runs a workspace, an administrator there can invite you. Otherwise, request a demo and we will set one up with you.
